We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the following areas:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT & Non-IT roles. Proficient in posting jobs on various job portals and leveraging social media networks for candidate sourcing.
Strong networking and negotiation skills.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Experienced in sourcing profiles, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
Skilled in issuing offer letters and maintaining follow-up communication with candidates until they join the organization.
Knowledgeable in managing onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
