Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead with strong expertise in Microservices, Spring Boot, and Angular to lead a team of 4-5 developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing architecture, handling deployments, and independently resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance and support.
Design and implement scalable and robust architecture for applications.
Oversee the deployment of applications and ensure smooth execution.
Independently handle technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Must-Have Skills:
Strong proficiency in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and Angular.
Experience in leading and managing development teams.
Hands-on experience with application deployment and issue resolution.
Ability to design and implement application architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
