Hiring Customer Support Executive
Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers are welcome).
Salary: 20k – 30k
Age Criteria: 21 – 28 Max
Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or banking operations is a plus.
BBM, BBA, MBA, or any other non-technical background preferred.
Strong English and Hindi communication skills are mandatory.
Work Location: Mehdiptanam, Hyderabad
Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic Freshers and experienced Customer Support Team with strong communication skills in English and Hindi to join our Level 1 Support team. As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll handle customer queries, assist banks with system navigation, log tickets, and escalate issues when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for banks and financial institutions.
Respond to queries related to system navigation, KYC validation, payment status, and transaction receipts.
Assist banks in troubleshooting basic system issues and escalate where necessary.
Communicate updates, scheduled maintenance, and announcements to banks.
Coordinate with Level 1 Leads and Level 2 Support teams for issue resolution.
Log issues in the ticketing system and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow established SOPs for handling banking support queries.
